Here are some links to topics I've covered aside from travel - including true crime, criminal psychology, celebrity profiles, entertainment, aviation history, politics, men's issues, sports... even sexual fetishes. I also wrote, directed, and produced a western satire (short) film that debuted at an international comedy film festival.

Screenplays
The Slow Die Quickly (2007). Acting on a challenge, I wrote, produced, directed, scouted locations, secured sets, wardrobes and props, and edited this short film - a western satire featuring the late, great "small person" stand-up comedian, Andre Arruda, with the assistance of a professional and dedicated team of volunteers. It progressed from concept to completion within just 10 days. Receiving high audience accolades, it premiered in the summer of 2007 at the Giggleshorts International Comedy Film Festival in Toronto.
Big Damn Hero (2014). "When his hero cop brother is killed, a timid, marked-for-death comic book artist turns to a dwarf private investigator (a cocky, ex-Navy SEAL specialist) to protect him and find his brother’s killers. Can this mismatched underdog duo beat the clock to save themselves, and the entire City of San Diego from the grip of a powerful crime syndicate?" Inspired by the comedy of (the now late) Andre Arruda, this script still awaits option, despite being highly rated by a reader from Warner Bros. Studios. Any takers?
